Arrived on time, all products were there plus a neat little bag, some s thing paper clips, a free pin!! And a note with my name on it with the "s" being the s thing and a little heart. Very friendly vibe, the company definitely seems to care about its customers more than just making money.
Definitely wish there was a shorter option though. I'm not a huge fan of chain length necklaces, and would love if there was a shorter option that could rest higher on my neck instead of hanging down. Also, a chain accessory for jeans, bags, etc would be really cool to see!

The S chain necklace is like elegant AF. Total recommend, no lie.
