1/2 order received & no answer from customer care

Although I loved what I received from my order- I only got 1/2 of what I ordered. I emailed customer care & got no response. I’m about to report it to my card company to get reimbursed.

IG ad gone right?!

This was an IG ad that randomly got me during a doom scroll and though shipping took a bit longer, it was worth the wait. The lever on the clip is a little wonky when adding key rings to it but overall, a sturdy keychain. It survived a weekend of SMX races! There were a couple surprise items sent as well which was thoughtful. Would recommend.
